ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY
The Palm Club remains as it was first described in 1957: A distinguished community of fine individual homes with private beach, swimming pool and yacht basin, Cooperatively Owned. The community offers full club facilities with constant care and maintenance so that you have no upkeep worries whether you are at home or away. At the North end of the Town of Lauderdale By The Sea, the Palm Club is situated on 27 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds extending from its private ocean beach to the picturesque intracoastal waterway. The Palm Club is a 55 and over community in compliance with the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA)

Yacht Basin
The Yacht Basin accommodates watercraft up to 46 feet in length and is available to Members free of charge based on availability. Members with waterfront sites are entitled to dock space directly behind their home.
Beach, Club House, and Pool
It's just a short walk from the furthest home to the ocean-front Club House which offers a gathering and event space with full kitchen, resort-style pool and, of course, 100 feet of private beach access right on the Atlantic Ocean.
Activities & Events
Get social! (Or not). There's always something happening at the Palm Club and you're welcome to join. Whether at games, bocci, or a just over cocktails at happy hour, there's plenty of opportunities to enjoy the company of your congenial neighbors. (Don't worry introverts. At the Palm Club you can just be you.)
