About the Event
For those members who may require assistance, we are scheduling a series of tutorials / Q&A sessions related to the new Resident Portal. The sessions will be conducted at the Beach House AND ONLINE using Google Hangouts. You only need to register for one class.
This is a hands-on tutorial and Q&A session to get you up and running on our new Resident Portal. If participating remotely, please connect a few minutes early so we can resolve any connection issues before the session begins.

Logging into your account for the first time
Saving the resident site as a bookmark
Installing the Resident Portal App on a smart device
Tickets
Tutorial Ticket
Using tickets to control the class size so we can have a more meaningful session.
